My son is a VERY picky eater!
He hardly eats anything and I struggle to get anything really nutritious down him (besides fruit)
I have really been pushing veggies lately, but nothing seemed to be working... UNTIL TODAY!
I came up with a very delicious breakfast smoothie and here's what you will need:
The Sneaky Banana Smoothie:
-2 Cups Milk
-I add 2 scoops of Carnation Instant Breakfast and will sometimes add a tiny bit more to make it more chocolaty :)
-1 whole banana
-A big handful of spinach! You can do however much you want because for the most part you can't taste it!
And there you have it!
